The bird reported earlier would be a first year male, not a female. Plumages are similar but female American Redstarts rarely sing. This young bird was very vocal. Bullfrog Pond is located off I-90 at exit 80. Heading north on Bullfrog Road, the pond is on the left about .2 miles beyond the bridge over the Cle Elum River.
