Four folks braved the rain for the trip to the Little Pend Oreille National Wildlife Refuge. In spite of the rain we had a great day of birding and managed to get the following 77 species. The highlight was a pair of loons on McDowell Lake. This is the third June we have had a single loon there before but today was the first time there was a pair.
