Subject: [Tweeters] Kitsap Tufted Duck

Still there this morning on Kitsap Lake and seen by several birders. It was staying around but separate from the Lesser Scaups. White flanks, black back, plain gray bill with black tip, and rounded head. The tuft was not apparent because the bird was actively and repeatedly diving. I assume those feathers were plastered to the nape of its neck.
