Hi Tweets,

I saw a single Snow Goose in the pond of Canyon Park Wetland today. It was
hanging closely with a Canada Goose. Also, there were Hood Merganser,
Bufflehead, Green-winged Teal, Gadwall, Killdeer, Brown Treecreeper and a
female juvenile Sharp-shinned Hawk. The Green Heron has not shown up yet
this year at this location.

Take I-405 Bothell-everett Hwy exit, go North, right turn at the light to
220th St. SE, right turn on 23rd DR. SE, all the way to a sharp turn, park
in the lot for office. You will see a pond and a soft trail that leads to
it. The Snow Goose was at the SW corner where there are usually a large
flock of Mallards.

If you need a King County Snow Goose, it is an easy find.
