Larry,
I have before me a little pamphlet titled "Where to Find Birds on the North Olympic Peninsula," prepared by the Olympic Peninsula Audubon Society.? I seem to remember having picked it up at the main bus station in Port Townsend, but on the pamphlet is also the logo of the Dungeness River Audubon Center. It describes 14 birding sites from Gardiner Beach all the way to Cape Flattery.? Most are coastal, but there are also inland sites, including some far into the mountains.

I'm heading to La Push soon and was wondering if anybody has any
suggestions for birding areas.? I'll be heading over the top side of the
Olympic Peninsula through Port Angeles to get there.

Thanks.
