Howdy folks,

Had a half dozen Golden-Crowned Sparrows feeding on my sidewalk "feeders"
this evening, with others singing about. Most years only had 2 or 3.
Also, heard a "Sweet Canada, Canada" song from the Lilac bushes in the
alley across the street, but never got to see the songster.....oh, well.
Saw one White-throated Sparrow here over 20 years ago and haven't heard
another before today. Also, my buddy Bullock's has been calling for a
couple of days. Western Kingbird and Bullock's Oriole....summer gold!
Such excitement!

Happy birding
