Yesterday at the end of Quilcene Bay at approximately 6:30 pm I watched 18
TURKEY VULTURE flying together in a group into the wind. It was
interesting to see them this close together and flying in a close
formation. At Indian George Creek Estuary from the second parking lot I
watched a TOWNSEND'S SOLITAIRE for 5 minutes. It sat in one spot for more
than three minutes.

In Quilcene there were 8 EVENING GROSBEAK at a feeder at the corner of
Muncie Ave. and Hamilton Ave. There were 8 WHIMBREL on the mudflats at the
end of Discovery Bay yesterday.
