Today Joe Dlugo, Nathanael Swecker and I went up to Capitol Forest near Olympia for a few hours. It was brilliant!!

Highlights were:-

Plenty of Hermit Warblers everywhere.

A few MacGillivray's Warblers.

Four Townsend's Solitaires.

A Western Bluebird.

Lots of singing Varied Thrushes.

Hooting Sooty Grouses.

A Nashville Warbler, thank you Stephan Schlick for the tip.

Olive-Sided Flycatcher.

Hammond's Flycatchers.
