Hi Tweets,

On Saturday, May 17th, there was a Western Kingbird at the dog park section of Three Forks Park, near the benches. Interestingly, it never made a sound in about a 15 minute period. Spotted a nice selection of warblers: yellow, yellow-rumped, black-throated gray, Wilson's and common yellowthroat with a Cassin's Vireo thrown in for interest. Walked all the way back to the end of the farthest field but didn't detect any Lazuli Buntings or an early Red-eyed Vireo, just lots of sign of a nice sized elk herd.

Good birding,
