Morning Tweeters -

Saw a flicker this morning chiseling away on a small deck birdbath (that the chickadees love) which had partially frozen overnite. Persistence paid off - she broke through with a squirt flying out and then continued to drink. Guess that bill is also an ice pick in addition to drilling holes in wood.

I then put out fresh water.
