i made a quick run out to see what was about this morning at Vancouver Lake and out to the Post OFfice Lake area. Much of the shallower water is iced over, and I did not have good enough optics with me to check egrets well north on Post Office Lake. Good numbers of Sandhill Cranes between there and Frenchman's bar.
