Thanks to Ron and Bill for helping confirm my blurry Buteo on a wire confirmation as being an immature Red-tailed Hawk. Bill's photo cinched it ! My photo was in my Flickr pics from 11/18/14 (link is in post). I find I have another imm. RTHA shot on a wire from 11/7/14, along the same stretch of road, but in focus and better light. Same bird?
