I talked to Gary Bullock, who is at the Edmonds Marina.? He did not see the snowy at its usual location off the fishing pier. Gary reports that is very windy and waves are breaking over the breakwater in? parts, so the owl may be perching in a more sheltered location.?? Gary is going to hunt for the snowy on? the inside of the marina.
It snowed a little in town, but streets are clear.
