Today Clarice and I were scouting Kobayashi Park in University Place (next to south Tacoma) for upcoming CBC. This is where Leach and Chambers Creek come together, surrounded by houses. Was a bit surprised to see a Dipper in this rather citified environment (although this confluence has a nice gravel streambed).
