Following up on Bob Flores's Clark County report, I will say that I watched. White-throated Sparrow just Sunday morning at a friend's house on Vashon. The property is on the Maury Island bluff just above Tramp Harbor. It was a new yard bird for my friend and an excellent first-of-fall sighting. Here's hoping one shows up in Edmonds. We have missed that species so far this year.
