On rooftop (white building with green stripe along top, many skylights and vents) with 150 gulls and several crows, west of "gull bathing area" and seen from gravel pull out 50 yards west of intersection of Stewart St. and E. 18th St., Tacoma, east of Puyallup Bridge, 9:30 am, October 11.
