Hello Tweeters,
My wife and I are planning a birding trip to southern CA in Jan or Feb. I have been looking at web sites and have the "Birders Guide to S CA" but it is a bit overwhelming. I have read about the Salton Sea, Carrizo Plain and Anza-Borrego Desert. It seems like the typical case of too many places to go. I would appreciate any information you would to add to these places or any other spots that you feel should be checked out.
