This morning I saw gull that was new for me on Smith lake. I was able to
get a picture of it and with a few other people I met along the way, I
think it is a Franklin's gull. I was about to report it on e-bird, but was
warned that it was a rare bird for this area. Can anyone confirm if I am
right?
