Hello everyone

I?d like to try my hand at seeing some of the rare gulls recently reported at Everett sewage ponds, but my recollection is that public access is only from the trail to Spencer Island on the south side of the main lagoon and you would have to view through a fence.

Any better directions from recent visitors would be appreciated
