We had our first COMMON YELLOWTHROAT (code 3) of the year this morning
at the Edmonds marsh. A photo is in this ebird checklist: ebird.org/
ebird/view/checklist?subID=S22680885 . It's a little early, but then
so much is early this spring.

A notable observation of a SAY'S PHOEBE (code 5) on March 11th at the
Edmonds marsh was confirmed in ebird. There were multiple sightings of
Bonaparte's Gull (code 2) on the Edmonds waterfront in March. There
were also multiple sightings of Violet-green Swallows (code 1) at the
marsh as they continue north. A couple were seen yesterday, April 3rd,
and there were six this morning.

We are at 112 species for the year.
