Good day in Sammy's yard. Today I think I hit a record.. with this evening adding 3 more species.

So from cool to common..

Orange Crowned Warbler
Ruby Crowned Warbler
White Crowned Sparrow
Fox Sparrow
Song Sparrow
Red Wing Blackbird
Black Capped &
Chestnut Backed Chickadees
Pine Siskins
House Finchs
Purple Finches
Stellers Jay
Hairy Woodpeckers
Downy Woodpeckers
Red Shafted Flickers
Red Breasted Sapsuckers
Robins
Evening Grosbeaks
Anna's &
Rufous Hummingbirds
Juncos
Spotted Towhees
My all so common Nuthatches were absent today.. ? Too much competition. It was fun seeing the RedWinged Young and Siskins trying to scare the Flicker off the fat. That was fun.

Swallows this morning but didn't look up to see what they were.

Not sure that I didn't forget a common one in this whole list. This was all on the area of one tree.. so not bad. We just took up a chair and watched all day.
