My Mom lives in Quincy Located in central WA just off of I-90 near George. She lives just off the golf course where there is a large solitary tree in the middle of the fairway. The swainsons return every year to breed and fledge their young.
You can probably get the best view from Brotherton Feed company which is across the street from the tree. The golf course is located on white trail road and hwy 20. Once you turn onto white trail road you go about half a mile. The seed shop will be on your right and the tree/golf course on your left.
You'll probably want to check with the folks at the seed shop if you're going to park in their lot.
I haven't been over there yet this spring but they have been nesting there for several years now.
Good luck!
