On Tuesday Sherry and I went over to Moses Lake to see the EASTERN WOOD PEWEE. We found the bird immediately in the grove of trees singing away. Thanks to Matt Yawney for posting the return of this bird and the contact info.
After finding the pewee, we stopped at Rock Coulee. Some good birds we saw were
WHITE PELICAN - 5
BLACK-CROWNED NIGHT HERON - 2
GREAT EGRET ? 9
BAIRD?S SANDPIPER ? 1 (juvenile)
BLACK-BELLIED PLOVER ? 1 (still in breeding plumage)
PEREGRINE FALCON ? 2
BLACK-NECKED STILT ? 4 (being harassed by a Peregrine Falcon. The stilts dove every time the falcon made a diving pass. The falcon gave up and moved on.)

At the boat launch we found what looks like a Plateau Striped Whiptail Lizard. This lizard is common at the Four Corners area in the SW, and got introduced to the Bend, OR area.

At the Para Ponds in Othello we found
WILSON?S PHALAROPE ? 2
SEMIPALMATED SANDPIPER ? 1

On the way home, we drove through the Yakima River canyon. Near Roza Dam we spotted about 30 Big Horn Sheep.
