Whose banding Merlins?? Around 4PM on 8/22/15 a banded bird was seen high in a tree that had a blue band on the bird?s left leg and a plain band on the other leg. Bands were seen using a scope. Appeared 2b a male. Earlier in the day a juvie was seen .
