This weekend, my wife and I were pulling "Grandparents' duty in Steilicoom (South of Tacoma).
If I had not been checking "tweeters" regularly, I would have missed this lovely "life" bird.
Ocean Shores is less than?two hours down the road, so off I went on Wednesday.
I was immediately rewarded with an hour and a half of close views of this :
