Hi tweeters,

Today I birded the Skagit Flats and Whidbey Island. Good numbers of
shorebirds in most places (including the lagoon by the Swinomish Casino and
at Swantown) but nothing too unusual. Highlights below:

Skagit Game Range
1 juv Stilt Sandpiper - closely associating with a group of 5 juv
Long-billed Dowitchers about halfway out the first pond.

Jensen Access
1 juv Baird's Sandpiper - there were plenty more shorebirds here but the
tide was way out.

Crockett Lake
1 Great Egret at the east end - evidently it's been there for several days.
