Christopher, no need to sign in. There is a large shoulder around the
lagoons; plenty of room to safely pull off and park along the roads. You
will exit Hwy 109 south onto Paulson Rd.; it ends at the lagoons. You
can turn right toward the refuge (Grays Harbor NWR) or left to go around
the east end. The godwits are to your right, the pelicans straight
ahead, and the Caspian Terns are to the left...or at least they were
today.
