Tweets,

(Yes, you had that word before a certain social media site existed.)

The mouth of the Cedar River in Renton continues to be a good spot, with
islands and flats exposed by the low lake level. This morning:
1 Baird's Sandpiper
1 Semipalmated Sandpiper
a few Least, Western, and Spotted Sandpipers
a few Semipalmated Plovers and Killdeer
a couple American Pipits
1 Bank Swallow (and several tens of Barn)
2 Green Herons, 1 Great Blue
Caspian Terns, Osprey, Peregrine Falcon
a half dozen dabbling duck spp. in brown plumages
Belted Kingfisher
Savannah and White-crowned Sparrows

Nearby trees and shrubs along the river had:
two Willow Flycatchers
Black-throated Gray Warbler (and probably Wilson's)

and more. Not bad for King County (and a good restart after returning
from overseas).
