I spent a little time on Mt Spokane early this morning, for the most apart
above the smoke. Highlights of the morning include



Dusky Grouse (3) near the restroom at the Vista House at the top(this is
where I get them most)

Lapland Longspur (1) - on the road in the extended grassy area near the top

American Pipits (3) - at the Vista House

Golden-crowned Sparrow (1) - juvenile near wooden guardrail on hairpin turn

Mountain Bluebirds (12)

Western Bluebirds (3)

Townsend's Warbler (1)

Wilson's Warbler (1)

Cassin's Vireo (3)

Warbling Vireo (1)

Cassin's Finch (1)

Red Crossbill (5)
