Joshua,

There is a small parking lot where Oakesdale Ave. SW abuts Monster Rd. SW in Renton. In the left corner (assuming your back is to the road) of that parking lot you will find a path that leads to another path along the edge of a wetlands. At the meeting of those two paths is an opening that allows viewing of the wetlands. On the other side of the wetlands can be seen a bunch of dead, mostly horizontal limbs. That is where my wife and I and Mike Hamilton before us saw the Black
Phoebe. When we arrived at the viewing spot, we heard, but could not see the phoebe. After awhile it flew into view. After doing some fly catching for a few minutes, it flew off.
