Five of us looked for the reported Yellow-bellied Sapsucker at the Bellevue
Botanical Gardens until a little after 11am. The trees that the bird was
reported in has some sapsucker wells but this area is a bit more isolated
from other treed areas around which may have more potential. We did find
cedar tree to the SE with a lot of Sapsucker wells in it along with one
Red-breasted Sapsucker.
Hopefully it will be re-found by others.
good birding
