Hi Tweeters -

No, not talking about the sad loss yesterday. But, when looking at the hummingbird nest, thinking that she was stashing some fluff right near the nest (now that would be a smart bird!) but have not been seeing her on the nest so I am assuming got to the nest. I'm still holding out a little hope - but all is "deflated" at this point.

Hopefully she has a back up nest - guess that could be why they start so early!?

Sorry to add to the bad news but I might be able to get something done now! If I can lift myself up off the floor!!! ;-(
