FLASH REPORT

Am now informed by Knopf that there is a big misunderstanding about replacing the badly printed first copies of the second edition of the Sibley Guide to Birds.

Only volumes purchased by consumers directly from Knopf will be replaced by the publisher.

All other replacements are up to the retailers who sold the book. Second
printing copies supposedly have been sent to the retailers. Proof of purchase will probably be required by the retailers.

No autographed copies are now available.
