City and county locations of sightings are very useful. It's nice to know that a certain bird was seen at XYZ place, but when I look up XYZ on Google, I find that Washington state has 3 places with that name. Some names are so common that they can be found in almost every county. So please, help those of us who don't know where you hail from by letting us know what county and location you saw the bird. Nearest city also helps.
