This morning I found shorebirds scattered around River S tour loop. At Ruddy Lake I had 12 greater yellowlegs, 31 long-billed (lb) dowitchers and 5 dunlin. On Big Water there was 7 greater yellowlegs and 8 long-billed dowitcher. There was a single greater yellowlegs on Swartz Lake with three tree swallows flying around. Also just past Post #9 beginning of the woods therewas a orange-crowned warbler.
