The Gray-crowned Rosy-Finches (3) were still at the Elwha River Mouth this morning; and good sights of the Thayer?s Gulls.

Also the Snow Buntings (2) were at Ediz Hook; and good sights of the Black & Ruddy Turnstones.



27 species total ? nice morning.

The gray-crowned Rosy-finches (3) were still at the Elwha River mouth as of 1:15 PM, just before the rains started. Look for the pile of driftwood logs made into a shelter. They seem to favor that area. Earlier, the two Snow Buntings were seen near the tower vicinity where they were reported two days ago I believe. They do move around, however.
