Up early but dipped on finding a short-eared owl. Also checked the likely spots for the LT duck, NO!. I did find the ongoing red-breasted merg at Vancouver Lake (thanks Luke) seen from the County Park. I then picked up the ongoing mt chickadee and lesser goldfinches in Fruitville (thanks Jim). I finished by looking for the pelagic cormorant and dipped on finding it.

One thing I did get and that was wet!??
