Ryan Abe helped me ID the Tufted (finally!) at Marine Park this afternoon -
thank you Ryan!
I now realize that I had seen this bird on 1-7-15 at Wintler Park but
mistook it for a Ring-Necked (I was only looking for the tuft). Both times
it was with a small group of mixed scaup.

I also checked the RR Bridge for the Pelagic Cormormant with no luck.
