Subject: [Tweeters] (Clark County) Rookie question: Pelagic - yes, but...

I went to Hayden Island (Oregon side of Columbia River) and easily found
the Pelagic Cormorant on the 5th piling west of the rail road bridge. This
piling is well in the river and is on the Oregon half of the river. I then
went to the Washington side and saw it sitting on the same piling. Am I
able to count it as a Multnomah County (OR) bird AND a Clark County (WA)
bird?
