Tweeters,

The male, nonbreeding Rusty Blackbird was present at about 3 pm today. We
first saw it in a tree across the creek from the NW corner of the 2nd
(westernmost) field accessed from the north parking lot. It flew toward us
and landed in a tree on the near side of the creek where we had good looks
before it flew higher into nearby trees. Although this bird did not sing, it
made clucking and chucking noises. It had a rusty color on its forehead,
cap and back, as seen in previously posted photos.
