Tufted Duck continues to stay very close to the boat dock at Marine Park.
As I was standing on the dock taking pictures it cautiously swam 10 yards
from me.

I could see the Pelagic Cormorant from the dock at Red Lion Inn on the OR
side.
This is good news to me as I'm determined to see it in Clark County.
It was a long way off west of the train bridge on one of the pilings.
I'm hoping it will eventually (while I'm there) fly off a piling into WA
territory for just a second!!!
