"Our" Northern Saw-whet Owl has finally returned to the neighborhood here in
Kalama. He was softly "tooting" this morning about 7 a.m.



We weren't sure he would return since the neighbor whose property he
frequents has cleared a great deal of the trees on his land over the last
few months.



It was nice to hear the owl through the fog.
