A curious ebird report from Victoria BC today that I saw that will
probably turn out to be nothing but I like to think anything is possible

I drove to Steigerwald in search of White-tailed Kite this morning without
success again. I looked for about 5 hrs, oh well. Nice and sunny, fog
everywhere else.

The Tufted duck was easy to find at Marine park in Vancouver. The bird was
directly out from the observation tower.
