I looked out my kitchen window this morning at 8:20 to see what had the squirrels and robins so upset, and I saw a barred owl fledgling walking straight up the trunk of a tree, occasionally flapping its wings. I grabbed my camera and ran outside, but it was too late. The robins chased the fledgling out of the trees and it flew off with three robins chasing it.
