Hey Tweets...First, I don't for one minute think anyone wants this bird
moved to further their own agenda; it seldom works out that way anyway.
It's like buying a container full of ladybugs; release them in your yard
and they all fly off elsewhere.

Second, I was hoping the authorities would not contact this man; that
contact will only exacerbate the problem he has with this bird and
birders...all his actions so far seem to indicate his lack of concern
for authority too. He knows we have a right to be in the road, even on
the shoulder; it seems he is used to bullying and this may just escalate
the problem. You just can't reason with some people.

Of course, this is all just my humble opinion.
