I watched the Black Phoebe in the same spot reported by Scott from 4:30 to
4:50pm. It moved around from several perches.

Correction. Was seen for over half an hour, by multiple people in our
monthly neighborhood bird count in the main Promontory Pond. Best viewed
from pond access adjacent to information sign on east side of pond.
