Subject: [Tweeters] Magnuson Park Black Phoebe

I was there yesterday afternoon, and the bird had not been seen. I had been meaning to send a negative report this morning, but... Well, I just didn't! But no, no one has seen the Black Phoebe since Sunday, to my knowledge.

The bird was at a pond in the southwest corner of the park. You park in the south parking lots, and walk north to where there are two big ponds. Then you turn onto the trail, and go left (south) when the trail forks. That leads you to an opening on the pondside with an informational side behind it. Good luck!

Good birding, Joshua Glant
