Friday afternoon I went to the marsh in the hopes of finding shorebirds and the green heron for testing a new camera.? I came up empty on the green heron, but a mystery shore bird was present on the far south side.? I have a poor track record for identifying shorebirds, so I'll leave that to the Tweetsters.
