There's a lower parking lot at Snoqualmie Falls that puts you down near river level and close to the start of the boardwalk. Someone has recently put enough money into it to make it fancy. The sign says open dawn to dusk. I ended my unsuccessful Black Swift search at 9:26 last night and headed down stream on the run hoping to beat the lock up the parking lot person. There's a number of definitions for dusk and I may have beat some of them. Mine was the only vehicle left in the lot and it was locked in the lot. Drove up to the gate reviewing my options and...............the gate opened. That's weird. Wonder how they do that.
