For those that are interested in chasing this bird, I did a little digging
to get an exact location for the ball fields. The ball field (there is
apparently just one) is just east of the town of Skykomish, which is along
Highway 2 about fifteen miles west of Steven's Pass and is located in King
County. The road to the ball field is south of HWY 2 just west of the
bridge over the south fork of the Skykomish River. Coordinates
are 47.712513, -121.347600.

There is very little habitat that I would consider "Caracara friendly" in
this immediate area. Further west on highway 2 there are open fields around
Sultan, Goldbar, and Startup. I frequently see Turkey Vultures in these
areas in the summer, which, as I recall, have similar habits to Caracara's.
